Effective Date: July 30, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and MCKNIGHT QUANTUMTRACE SYSTEMS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the website orvpetal.com (“Site”). By accessing, browsing, registering, placing orders or completing checkout on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our Site or purchase our goods.

1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You represent that all information you submit during checkout (name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, contact information) is true, accurate and complete.

1.2 Product & Pricing Information We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions, images, inventory status and pricing. Errors including typographical mistakes, incorrect pricing or inventory miscalculations do not bind us. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders affected by pricing or listing errors, even after payment authorization. Product images are illustrative only; minor variations in texture, color or finish may occur.

1.3 Payment Authorization We accept payments processed via Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including merchandise subtotal, shipping fees, applicable sales tax and any additional surcharges. Payment will be authorized at checkout; shipment is subject to successful payment verification and fraud screening. We may refuse or cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud, invalid billing information or high-risk activity.

1.4 Order Acceptance & Cancellation A confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We retain discretion to reject, suspend or cancel orders for reasons including stock depletion, suspected fraud, payment failure, violation of these Terms, or restrictions under applicable law. If we cancel your order prior to shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

1.5 Intellectual Property All text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, copy and design assets on orvpetal.com are intellectual property of MCKNIGHT QUANTUMTRACE SYSTEMS LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, resell, scrape or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. The Orvpetal brand name and mark are protected.

1.6 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCKNIGHT QUANTUMTRACE SYSTEMS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products, including lost profits, delay damages or incidental expenses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for bodily injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be waived by law.

1.7 Site Availability & Modifications We may perform maintenance, update features, restrict access or modify website functionality without prior notice. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.8 Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from your purchase or Site use shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Kentucky.
