This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on orvpetal.com, operated by MCKNIGHT QUANTUMTRACE SYSTEMS LLC. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Coverage Regions

We support shipping to the United States, all European countries, and Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to reject shipments to PO boxes, freight forwarder consolidation hubs, high-risk restricted regions, or addresses that fail address validation.

2. Processing Time

Order processing follows our business hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–21:00 CST, Saturday–Sunday 9:00–18:00 CST.
Standard processing requires 1–3 business days before dispatch. Orders submitted on weekends or official public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day. Processing time does not include carrier transit duration.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout according to your destination country and order subtotal. Estimated transit times are carrier approximations only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Delays may arise from carrier backlogs, severe weather, customs inspection, incomplete customer address information, or other unforeseen logistics disruptions.

4. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address

You are solely responsible for submitting a full, accurate delivery address including apartment, suite, unit or supplementary location details. Once a parcel is dispatched to the carrier, address modification, rerouting or delivery instruction changes cannot be guaranteed.
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to invalid, incomplete or undeliverable address provided by you, you will be liable for the return freight cost and any additional reshipping fees if you request re-delivery.

5. Tracking, Risk of Loss & Customs

Once the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier and a tracking number is generated, risk of loss and ownership of goods transfers to you. We will send tracking information to your registered order email once available.
If tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, you must open a formal trace claim directly with the carrier within 7 calendar days after the delivered scan notification; we will provide supporting documentation reasonably.
For shipments to Europe and Hong Kong: Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local administrative charges may be levied by local customs authorities and are the recipient’s sole responsibility. We cannot predict, cover or refund these import-related charges.

6. Modifications After Shipment

No address changes, reroutes or special delivery requests can be ensured once the parcel leaves our fulfillment facility. We are not liable for carrier delivery failures, missed delivery attempts, porch piracy, or courier service errors.
