Effective Date: July 30, 2026 This Return Policy governs returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made via orvpetal.com, operated by MCKNIGHT QUANTUMTRACE SYSTEMS LLC. This policy complies with US consumer protection requirements and payment network dispute rules.

3.1 Return Eligibility Window You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved unless required by mandatory local consumer law.

3.2 Eligible Condition for Returns Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original factory condition and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage caused by customer use, stains, alterations or missing components are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom-made, personalized or clearance final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

3.3 Return Request Process To initiate a return, email contact@orvpetal.com with your order number, full name and reason for return. We will review your request and issue a pre-authorized return label and return instructions if approved. Do not send merchandise back without prior authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.

3.4 Refund & Timeline Once we receive, inspect and verify the returned item meets eligibility requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your card issuer’s processing speed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, such as wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect or misrepresented product.

3.5 Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to our mistake (defect, incorrect item, damaged on arrival), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
